Returns & Exchanges

If you aren't stoked on your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that assembled completes and used decks cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Return Item' next to your recent order to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and plastic wraps are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
